In Wales, when it's raining hard, we say 'Mae'n bwrw hen wragedd â ffyn', which translates to 'It's raining old ladies with sticks'.
In Afrikaans, if you're going to give someone what-for, you tell them 'Ek sal jou wys waar Dawid die wortels begrawe het!' which translates to 'I'll show you where David buried the carrots!'

@WelshPixie I think in German it rains pieces of string, or shoelaces. A sudden, heavy rain is also called a "Wolkenbruch", i.e. "cloud break".
Another one for "I don't care" is "Das ist mir Jacke wie Hose" (that's jacket like trousers to me). Or "Das geht mir am Arsch vorbei" (that goes past my arse)
Another one with Wurst is "Alles hat ein Ende nur die Wurst hat zwei" (everything has an end, only the sausage has two)
