#baking #tip: Gather together all ingredients before starting, so you don't end up with a bowl full of dough or batter that has everything in it apart from the baking powder, because you have no baking powder any more, like me right now.
And it's Sunday; shops are closed -_-

Apparently you can use natron + acid in place of baking powder. So I'll try that. We'll see how it goes.

I put natron and lemon juice in the cake and it rose. Will test taste when it has cooled at least a bit.
