Put sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, and butter in a pot at a ratio 4:4:1 (e.g. 400g milk, 400g chocolate, 50g butter), heat while stirring frequently until the mix separates from the pot. Spread out on baking paper or other low- or non-stick surface, let cool, put in the fridge for a while (how long depends on how thick or thin you spread the stuff), when hardened, cut into pieces.
