I made mushroom ragout, because I friggin love mushrooms so when I saw fresh mushrooms on sale yesterday I bought a package, and as I mentioned before, I'm fed up with me buying ingredients and then not using them and then they spoil.
Anyway, recipe is bacon strips, onions, garlic, mushrooms, meat stock, and for seasoning salt, pepper, and paprika. I used instant sauce instead of stock, which took care of most of the seasoning, too.
