I actually really like oatmeal but I hate having to cook it. >.<

I've been wanting to try overnight oats but I can't ever remember to make it before going to bed. >.>

Smitten kitchen has a baked oatmeal recipe with pears, I add some apple pie spice not in the original. I do it on Sundays to make weekday mornings easier. Already scrambling around to get ready with a toddler
