@InspectorCaracal is dwarf fortress fun?

@Wsteria This is... a very difficult question, actually. It's fun if you happen to like things that are like Dwarf Fortress? 🤔

So, imagine playing the Sims, except:
a) they're dwarves
b) instead of starting in a nice suburban neighborhood, you're dropping them in the middle of a brand new Minecraft map
c) they have to do ALL the construction etc. because there is no Hand of God ability
d) it's all ascii art unless you download a very low-res sprite pack mod.

@Wsteria It's also one of those kinds of games where you can play the surface game of telling dwarves what to do in order to build a dwarf colony, or you can start digging down into infinite layers of detail.

Two examples of details:

1) you actually generate a world history when you generate a new world, with events and historical figures and stuff and dwarves will make carvings representing those events sometimes, or other stuff they remember.

Half of my starting team is susceptible to disease... 😓 I hope that doesn't come back to bite me. #dwarffortress
