if you're looking for people to follow, @aldersprig does a lot of writing stuff (and sometimes mentions baking iirc?) and @skysailor knows a lot about food in general, though it's not the most of what he toots about.

I have tried cheesemaking but only “fresh” cheese, nothing with a culture. I do baking as well: my husband cooks dinner almost every day, and I’m a fan of Alton Brown.
