@aldersprig yessss same
@aldersprig ... crap, I need to make sure mine's working and formatted.
@kittychandler What sort do you use?
@aldersprig One of my own devising on GoogleSheets, tracks word count by project so I can tell when I'm neglecting something, takes a goal and calculates the words per day for the monthly goal and words per day for the yearly goal, adjusting depending on how ahead or behind I am.
@kittychandler Oh, nice. That’s slightly more complicated than mine!
I go by monthly and daily goal, with a ‘floating’ daily goal and some project goals.
@aldersprig That works! I've built mine up over the years to its current form as I wanted to track more stats.
@kittychandler Yeah, I tried to do something last year and didn’t keep up with it well enough (Actual yearly numbers for projects, of which I have approximately a jillion) so I’m doing it a bit differently this year.
@aldersprig I'm usually reasonably good about keeping up with it, although the last couple weeks not so much. But as long as I put in the current word count sum daily I'm all right.
..Or I might spend 20 minutes putting together my #Wordcount #spreadsheet for 2018...
